Comment: I purchased the software a year and a half ago and it works perfectly fine actually it saved my butt
a few times, because I have close to 11,000 songs on my itunes library. It's crazy and i would have
lost most of it if it wasn't for this program (my computer crashed a few times). I don't care what
other people say about it. It works and that is good enough for me. By the way it takes a day for
them to respond back to me with support about anything.
I purchased this software and it does not recognize my ipod 4th generation. I tried everything and
it just won't recognize the ipod. I have sent numerous e-mails to copttoy.com and have never even
got a response. This site is a scam and as far as I'm concerned fraudulent...I feel that they stole
my money....Don't ever buy software from this company...They are rip-off artists....
Copy toy does not work. They do not have a phone number or address. They DO NOT respond to
emails!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM!!!!!
